Jessica Coco, MEd

Jessica is a teacher, Empowerment and Success Coach, Plant-Based Mtn Biker, and Dog Momma! She first stumbled upon Yoga in 2002, after surviving an abusive marriage and gaining 125 plus pounds on her small 5 ft frame. At the time, she did not have the true appreciation of how Yoga could help her reconnect and heal her mind, body, and spirit; thus, after a few classes, stopped attending.

It was years (and a considerable amount of weight loss) later, that she reconnected with her budding Yoga practice to help her train and increase her flexibility for an upcoming 100 mile mountain bike race in the Shenandoah Valley.

At first, it was purely physical. However, after finding OM Yoga with Cyndi Lee and becoming an Empowerment and Success Coach, she became better able to appreciate the art of Yoga. So much so, she wanted to spread her love of Yoga to the world through her teaching; thus, in Spring of 2017, she completed OM Yoga 200 YTT with Cyndi Lee.

Her teaching end game for all of her clients, Yoga and/or coaching, is for them to cultivate a love for their daily Yoga and meditation practice; in turn, nourishing their body, mind, and spirit so that they can step up their game and live in their Inner Badass!
