Jessica Adams

I am a 200 hour OM RYT under the training and mentorship of Cyndi Lee. I started getting into yoga and meditation about 3 or 4 years ago for positive benefits fighting against mental health symptoms. I have found that as I practice and teach, yoga can have profound effects on the body as well as the brain. As a mental health clinician, I often incorporate trainings and courses for positive mood into my classes. The main thing to know about me is that I want to make you laugh, feel good, and stop taking yourself so serious. Yoga has helped me keep shinning bright; even when I was at my darkest moments in life.


The Yoga Goodness Studio is in the historic Riverviews building in downtown Lynchburg, VA where you will enjoy beautiful views of the James Rivers.
